Thickness testing machine imported from Korea.

Panasonic Smart Factory version gluing machine, with 2 robotic arms, each arm has 16 suction heads, gluing speed of 86,000 chips/hour. With this gluing machine, it can paste from the smallest components with size 0-2-0-1, to components up to 1.2m in length.

The drying oven is imported from the American brand Heller.
The JTA machine is used to check the accuracy and completeness of all components on each board.
In addition, there are other devices and X - RAY machines to check welds at glue points that cannot be seen by the naked eye, ensuring product quality requirements.
