On September 15, the Ho Chi Minh City Economic Forum (HEF) 2023, with the theme "Green growth - Towards net-zero emissions ", was officially opened.
With the participation of more than 1,200 delegates from international financial institutions, international organizations such as the World Economic Forum (WEF), managers and leaders of foreign localities from 21 countries.
